Project enquiries and client accounts

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide (such as your name, email, company, project preferences and message) is sent to Kryvex Studio and stored in the website’s private SQLite database so the team can respond. These fields are encrypted at rest. Enquiries are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. Clients may also create an account to submit and track project requests, see progress and billing information, and exchange messages with the studio. Account passwords are stored as password hashes; project briefs and messages are encrypted at rest. The games library stores your saved game favorites against your client account; game favorites are visible only to that signed-in account. Sessions on the main site and games subdomain use separate host-only cookies, so you may need to sign in again on the games site. Account and project records remain available for ongoing work until they are deleted by the studio following a request. You may ask the studio to correct or delete your account and related records. Please do not include payment credentials or sensitive personal records.

Studio assistant

The optional assistant is limited to studio and project enquiry topics and answers greetings. It keeps only the latest three chat messages in the browser for conversational context and does not retain chat history in the website database. If an AI provider is configured and a message passes the topic filter, those recent messages and a small selection of relevant studio facts are sent to the selected provider to generate a reply. If you are signed in and ask about your work, a limited summary of up to five of your own project titles, statuses, and billing totals/paid/due amounts may also be sent with that request; project briefs and message threads are not included. Passwords, passphrases, API keys, and access tokens are filtered out and are never intentionally sent to the assistant provider. The provider may process sent information under its own privacy terms. Do not send confidential or sensitive information to the assistant. Enquiry forms require your review and confirmation before submission; WhatsApp drafts open in WhatsApp and are not sent automatically.

Website services

This build does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. Hosting and network providers process technical request information to serve and protect the website. The assistant uses short-lived, keyed IP hashes to enforce an hourly usage limit; they are purged after 24 hours. External project links take you to separately operated websites.
